Saving a Stalled Kitchen Demo
We took a call from a homeowner in Richland Meadows right as the July heat hit 98 degrees. They were tearing out original 1980s cabinetry, but their hauling trailer had a blown axle. Debris was piling up on the lawn, the HOA was watching, and that narrow driveway lined with mature crepe myrtles made placement tricky.
I brought a 20-yard dumpster out that same afternoon. We placed heavy plywood pads down first so the steel rollers wouldn't mark up the heat-softened asphalt. By angling the bin near the side entry, we let the crew toss drywall directly from the house, clearing the yard instantly and letting them get back to work.
Mateo got the bin here fast and placed it perfectly so we didn't ruin our driveway or the grass.
