Keeping a 20-Dumpster Site on Schedule in the Telecom Corridor
We got a frantic call from a project manager overseeing a massive office retrofit in the Telecom Corridor. Their site had twenty 40-yard dumpsters, and their previous hauler couldn't manage the tight access and constant material flow. I remember the sound of a concrete saw going silent because the bins were full. They were losing thousands a day in delayed work, and their whole schedule was on the line.
Our crew implemented a dedicated fleet rotation, using our most maneuverable trucks for the tight loading docks. We coordinated with the site superintendent for real-time fill checks and adjusted pickups based on their demo phases. Within two days, we had their waste stream flowing smoothly again. The project finished on time, and the GC didn't have to think about dumpsters for the rest of the build.
Mateo's crew turned a logistical nightmare into a non-issue, which kept our entire project moving forward.
