Keeping a 20-Story Tower Clean During a Facelift
The Challenge
We got the call right as the morning sun hit the glass. A major telecom tenant was doing a full-floor renovation at CityLine, and their previous hauler had left a mountain of demo debris in the loading dock. The property manager was frantic—the building's strict schedule meant we had a 4-hour window to clear it before the morning rush. If we didn't, the whole project stalled.
The Result
Our crew rolled in with two 30-yarders before dawn. We coordinated with the building's security, used our own plywood to protect the polished concrete dock, and had the first container loaded and swapped out within two hours. We kept a dedicated roll-off on-site for the two-week project, swapping it three times without a single complaint from the tower's other tenants. The property manager got her clean dock and peace of mind.
Mateo's crew made the dumpster the one part of the renovation I never had to worry about.
